Headquartered in Miami, Metro Coffee Services was founded by a seasoned coffee machine technician who has served this area and others for over 20 years. Serving the South Florida area including Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and more. Our team consists of highly skilled technicians with extensive experience in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide array of coffee equipment. We are proud to be officially approved by leading brands such as La Marzocco, Eversys, Cimbali, La Spaziale, Casadio, Simonelli, and Rancilio, among others.

Abraham Franco, the founder, began his journey in the coffee industry working for some of the most respected coffee roasters in California, Florida & all over the country. After moving to South Florida, he envisioned creating an independent service company. After more than a decade of experience in the field, he brought his vision to life by establishing Metro Coffee Services. The goal was to provide dedicated service solutions to coffee roasters, independent coffee shops, coffee shop chains, and facilities management companies.

Now nearly with ten years in operation, Metro Coffee Services has grown to a team of four and has established itself as one of the leading service providers in the South Florida. The company supports some of Florida’s most prominent roasters alongside a vibrant community of independent specialty coffee shops and chains.

All Metro Coffee Services technicians are certified baristas, trained by the Mucaro Coffee Company. This unique expertise allows them to deeply understand the goals and standards of the specialty coffee industry. As part of the new wave of coffee equipment specialists, the Metro Coffee Services team blends technical skill with a holistic perspective on the coffee industry, ensuring a seamless integration of quality and service.
